The gaming industry has in recent years gone from a secluded part of the media industry to now be an established part of the same and even working close with the motion picture industry. The movie industry is continuously improving itself by offering new ways to consume film, where the internet and mobile phones act as the latest example of new viewing windows. In order to keep up with the advances made in our business field we keep ourselves updated through various conferences, meetings with suppliers and retailers, and also through the continuous dialogue internally within our organisation.
 
In 2006, PAN Vision was in a weak financial situation with falling revenue and a significant deficit. A comprehensive program of change and positive market trend has since made the company grow by about 50 percent and significantly improved the financial result. PAN Vision has a very satisfying EBIT today. The positive changes that have occurred in recent years have also influenced the company and its employees. Our values of being customer oriented, entrepreneurial and reliable have been put into practice and are now a true part of our business culture.  

 

Within PAN Vision, the employees’ need of progress should be met by the company’s need of competence. We want to benefit from the expertise available within the company and that requires managers who are responsive to their employees and the changes they want to make. It is PAN Vision’s responsibility to create the necessary conditions for progression within the company and every employee carries the responsibility to govern the pace of their own development. This means that it is up to you as an employee to actively show interest in making internal career steps - although we obviously will push you on.  

 

Performance appraisal and individual goals are an integral part of the ongoing follow-up within the company. We make sure everybody is on route and moving towards the common goal.  Our employee satisfaction index is high but we are careful not to sit back without actively working to maintain a high level of continuous satisfaction among our employees.
